E-checks and Credit Cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). A per transaction service fee of 2.65% or $3.00, whichever is greater, will be charged by the payment processing company for credit cards and a $1.50 for e-checks.

Voter registration forms and applications for Absentee Ballots can be obtained from the York County Voter Registration Office by calling 717-771-9604 or by visiting YorkCountyPA.gov/voting-elections. Residents of Hopewell Township vote at the Eureka Volunteer Fire Department located at  82. N. Main Street Stewartstown, PA 17363 for both Primary and General Elections from 7AM – 8PM.
