The Zoning Hearing Board normally meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 P.M.  in the Hopewell Township Municipal Building meeting room, when an application has been filed for a hearing.

The Township does not complete meeting minutes.

**The Hearings are recorded via a Stenographer (Legal Court Recorder) and transcripts can be purchased from them at requestors expense**

HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP

ZONING HEARING BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA  17363 on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following application will be heard:

Application # 1-2025, Harry C. Dehoff, 1553 Woolen Mill Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363, known as Tax Map BL Parcel 14, zoned Agricultural, is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Officers negative determination regarding Section 27-317.2.A through 27-317.2.J. of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance on the basis that a farm market is an allowed accessory use when such use is accessory to a principal use in the agricultural zone.

This is a continuation of the hearing held on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Interested members of the public may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
