Voter registration forms and applications for Absentee Ballots can be obtained from the York County Voter Registration Office by calling 717-771-9604 or by visiting http://www.york-county.org/voters/election.htm. The Township Office also has these forms available. Residents of Hopewell Township vote at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building for both Primary and General Elections from 7AM – 8PM.
