The Zoning Hearing Board normally meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 P.M.  in the Hopewell Township Municipal Building meeting room, when an application has been filed for a hearing.

The Township does not complete meeting minutes.

**The Hearings are recorded via a Stenographer (Legal Court Recorder) and transcripts can be purchased from them at requestors expense**

HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP
ZONING HEARING BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA  17363, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following application will be heard:

Application # 1-2026, Dalfen Industrial, LLC, for property owned by Nachtigall Family Limited Partnership, Mount Airy Road, known as Tax Map 01, Parcels 28 and 29, zoned Industrial, is requesting a dimensional variance to Section 27-301.3.A of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a fence to exceed six feet (6’) in height to a maximum height of eight feet (8’) in height.

Interested members of the public may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
