NOTICE OF PUBLIC ELECTRONIC AUCTION

The Hopewell Township Board of Supervisors are conducting two online/electronic auctions for the sale of a 1995 John Deere 6400 2WD 20 Foot Tiger Flail Boom Mower and an eleven-foot Gledhill Moldboard snowplow.  The auction can be accessed at Municibid (see links below) and will commence on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 8:00am. The auction will end at 12:00pm, Wednesday, December 6, 2023.  Bids are irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days after the end date of the auction.  The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any formalities or nonmaterial defects in its sole discretion, and to reject any and all bids.  The items bid will be sold “as is” with any defects.  All sales are final.  All shipping costs shall be paid by the winning bidder.
