The Hopewell Area Rec Complex (HARC) along Plank Road is administered by Hopewell Township. The park includes walking trails, a pavilion, a youth playground and a tot lot. It also offers a great opportunity for bird watchers since it is a planned wildlife habitat implemented in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Game Commission .
