Financial Assistance For First Energy Bills
A message from First Energy:
As the cold weather has come to PA, we want to remind our customers of financial assistance programs should they need help with their winter heating bills. Assistance to qualifying customers is available through the Dollar Energy Fund, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Pennsylvania Customer Assistance Program (PCAP).
